Crap. Just like the actual provider.

This app listed dozens of places in the "find nearest urgent care" that are not covered as urgent care. Since no one at Blue Cross answers the phone on a Sunday night when my son cut his hand, all I could do was pick from their list. Big mistake. Now Im stuck with a bill for over $2000. A horrible experience

It would be better if there were an easy way to check the status of referrals and prior authorizations.

Very use friendly and quickly helped me find doctor urgent care dental and dermatologist at the touch of the buttons. I like it!!

App worked great for me. Gave me the information I needed quickly.

Takes at least a minute to log me in to the app every single time I open it, even if I just closed it for a moment to look up the doctor it located in my browser. Which brings me to my next point - it only gives the phone number and address of the doctor, not the website. I prefer to at least glance at the providers website to make sure its professional before I call. I think most people who are hunting for a medical provider like this as well.

I had to give this app a second chance. Logon is extremely slow, and searching too broad range causes it to hang, but when delimiting by specialty or a specific name the app seems to work just fine.

Terrible app. There are always 500 internal server errors. And most of the listings are completely wrong.

I would hope this app would allow me to access my claims. Of course it doesnt. That would make sense. So Im immediately deleting it and never using it again.

The whole reason I downloaded this was for its searching for providers and the search does not even work. Spins endlessly, before the app restarts when my screen eventually goes dark (and even keeping screen alive the search never returns).

Even when I know of a couple of providers in the area, it finds "no results" - completely useless.

Only searches for providers.

This app did not find any of my Drs even thought they are PPOs

The app will find no providers regardless the search criteria, even for doctors Ive used recently. It used to be clunky but usable, now its completely useless.

Out of date locations and phone numbers. Not able to reach a single Doctor I my area using information on this app.

This might be a great app IF it were updated on a regular basis. Not a single Dr. that I am listed with currently is even on this list so I know it is not utd.

This app WOULD be awesome IF it worked. If it ever does I would be willing to re-rate it.
