Yes, because just what you should want your members to do in the event of possibly an emergency is to also have to put on their registrar hat and asks billing questions before seeking needed medical care. You are the plan, you know your members network, why cant your tools filter info as needed to the benefit of your member? We have a national push to reduce high cost medical visits and yet the brunt of that responsibility is somehow shifted to the member? Let your members focus on getting and staying well, and help them do that by using your revenue to remove barriers to care.
